About The Place

Kelingking Beach – one of the most beautiful attractions of Nusa Island and there is no doubt why. This hidden gem is framed by steep cliffs, turquoise blue waters and further complimented by white sand. All this together makes a breathtaking scenery that you won't see anywhere else in the world. This secluded beach is down a cliffside hike of about 400 meters. However, the view of Kelingking from the viewpoint is arguably the most popular than the beach itself. If you are not into hiking, you can simply enjoy the beach views and sunset from several points.

Before You Go, Tips & Guide

Entrance to the beach is not free. You've to pay around $1 to enter, and there is a small fee for parking as well. Make sure to keep some Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) before you come here. The roads to the beach are somewhat rocky. We don't recommend you to ride a scooter here especially if you are unfamiliar with riding on such uneven roads. The best time to visit the island is from March to November. Avoid visiting between December and February as the weather will be rainy and can cause floods in some areas. There are some stunning places you can see near Kelingking Beach such as Broken Beach, Angel's Billabong and Atuh Beach.
